Job Description:

* Resources to have experience in Order Management/ Logistics
* Experience with SAP is an added advantage
* Good in Typing Skills
* Resources should have at least 6-18months experience / preferably related experience in Customer Services being performed.
* Fresher’s can be considered if your strong in SAP knowledge and if your a trainable resource.

In addition to the requirements listed above, Candidate shall have the following skills:

* Knowledge & Customer Service Experience in Order Management / Logistics
* Sales and Distribution domain (Preferred)
* Ability to make decisions independently within their role regarding unique and/or complex situations, and to resolve issues appropriately to achieve a desired result or impact
* Ability to recognize when additional input is required to effectively address unique and/or complex situations.
* Ability to work independently in a fast & performance based environment to accomplish with Customer expectations with minimal supervision ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Good Typing Speed
* Basic Email Etiquettes
* Fluency and comprehension in spoken and written English.
* Willingness to learn and good attitude.
* Any Graduate without Standing Arrears’ are eligible.
