Placement Procedure

Companies are invited to SLMT’s campus by the Placement Cell / the companies will conduct Interviews through Video conference through SLMT’s Placement Officer for their requirement.

The company conducts test and/or group discussion to short list the interested students as per the Organizational policies. Short listed students are then interviewed for final selection by the company. The result is usually announced on the same day or within 2 – 3 days.

Placement Procedure
  • SLMT is the only training institute that provides Pre-Placement Preparation (PPP) to all its students which further helps in interview preparation, personality enhancement, developing communication skills and career planning.
