The 16th edition of Exim India’s CTL-BHP 2026 is set to witness extensive global participation, reinforcing its position as South Asia’s leading cargo, transport and logistics exhibition and conference. Scheduled for March 17–18, 2026 at the Jio World Convention Centre, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai, the event is expected to bring together a diverse cross-section of the global logistics and infrastructure community.
This year’s edition will see strong international representation from South East Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Europe, the USA and other regions. From leading exhibitors showcasing advanced logistics solutions and heavy-lift technologies to senior industry leaders and policymakers addressing critical sectoral issues, CTL-BHP 2026 promises to be a truly global platform for business networking and knowledge exchange.
Recognised as one of the most impactful gatherings in the Cargo, Transport and Logistics (CTL) ecosystem, the exhibition places special emphasis on Breakbulk, Heavylift and Project Cargo (BHP) handling—segments that are increasingly vital amid India’s large-scale infrastructure and industrial expansion. Over 180 Indian and international companies are expected to exhibit, presenting capabilities across shipping, ports, freight forwarding, heavy equipment, multimodal transport, and supply chain solutions.
Beyond the exhibition floor, the two-day programme will feature a comprehensive conference agenda, including multi-session panel discussions, Masterclasses and seminars. These sessions will address evolving trade corridors, port-led development, multimodal connectivity, regulatory frameworks, and the growing role of technology in project logistics.
The theme for this year “Growing Trade & Logistics Infrastructure – India Taking Rapid Strides”—reflects the country’s strong economic momentum and ongoing investments in ports, dedicated freight corridors, highways and industrial corridors. Against this backdrop, CTL-BHP 2026 is positioned not merely as an exhibition, but as a strategic industry forum aligning global expertise with India’s expanding logistics and infrastructure ambitions.
With its scale, international participation and sector-specific focus, CTL-BHP 2026 is set to stand out as a definitive meeting point for stakeholders shaping the future of cargo movement and project logistics in the region.
