Students Corner

At School of Logistics Management and Technology, discipline, regularity, and sincerity are the foundation of academic excellence. Every student is expected to uphold these values and contribute positively to the institutional environment.

Discipline & Code of Conduct

All students must strictly adhere to the rules and regulations of the Institution.
Any violation of institutional policies will result in appropriate disciplinary action.
Students are expected to maintain respectful behaviour towards faculty, staff, and fellow students at all times.
Ragging is strictly prohibited and considered a criminal offence. Any student involved in ragging will be given an opportunity to explain. If the explanation is unsatisfactory, the student will be expelled from the Institution.

Internal Tests & Academic Responsibility

Attendance for all internal tests conducted by the Institution is compulsory.
Internal assessments form an essential part of academic evaluation.
Failure to attend internal examinations without valid justification may affect eligibility for the Final Examination.

In case of illness:

Parents/guardians must inform the Institution in writing.
A valid medical certificate must be submitted within three days from the commencement of the examination or absence.

Attendance Policy

Attendance is recorded daily in blocks (before and after recess).
Absence in any one block will be considered absence for the entire day.
Proper documentation must be submitted for any justified absence.

A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to Appear for the Final Examination and Avail placement assistance

Regular attendance is essential for academic development and awarding of internal marks as per institutional guidelines.

Admission & Administrative Guidelines

Applications must be submitted in person at the Institution office within the prescribed admission schedule.
Required attested copies of documents must be submitted as per the checklist.
Admission secured with false, unclear, or incomplete information will be cancelled.
The Management reserves the right to revise the admission schedule if required, without prior notice.
All fees must be paid within the stipulated time.
Students must comply with attendance and term-work requirements within the specified timeframe.
